Climate Scenario Analysis is a tool for assessing exposure to climate-related risks under different future climate conditions. Preliminary analysis highlights the importance of resolving data and methodology gaps to enhance confidence in the results. It also reveals the sensitivity of results to modeling assumptions.
Background
This Report was prepared in accordance with the Equal Employment Data Pursuant to Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), Public Law 107–174. The No FEAR Act requires federal agency accountability for violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Federal agencies must notify employees and applicants for employment about their rights under the federal antidiscrimination and whistleblower laws.
U.S. house prices rose in February, up 1.2 percent from January, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) seasonally adjusted monthly House Price Index (HPI®). House prices rose 7.0 percent from February 2023 to February 2024. The previously reported 0.1 percent price decrease in January remained unchanged.
