​SUMMARY: In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA or the Agency) is seeking public comments concerning a new information collection known as ``Contractor Workforce Inclusion Good Faith Efforts.'' This information collection has not yet been assigned a control number by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). FHFA intends to submit the information collection to OMB for review and approval of a three-year control number.

SUMMARY: In this document, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) provides notice that it issued Orders,
dated March 2, 2016, with respect to stress test reporting as of December 31, 2015, under section 165(i)(2) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act). Summary Instructions and Guidance accompanied the Orders to provide testing scenarios.

The Orders are effective April 18, 2016. Each Order is applicable March 2, 2016.

SUMMARY: In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA or the Agency) is seeking public comments concerning the information collection known as the ‘‘American Survey of Mortgage Borrowers’’ (in a prior 60-day PRA Notice, this information collection was referred to as the ‘‘National Survey of Existing Mortgage Borrowers’’ (See 80 FR 69664 (Nov. 10, 2015)). This is a new collection that has not yet been assigned a control number by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
