FHFA 2024 AI Compliance Plan

The FHFA AI Compliance Plan outlines how FHFA will comply and achieve consistency with OMB Memorandum M-24-10 to ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI within the Agency while advancing and remaining in alignment with our mission to ensure that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the “Enterprises”) and the FHLBanks (together, "the regulated entities") fulfill their own missions by operating in a safe and sound manner to serve as a reliable source of liquidity and funding for housing finance and community investment. It contains the information required to satisfy Section 3(a)(iii) of OMB Memorandum M-24-10 and Section 104(c) of the AI in Government Act.
