In July 2024, FHFA brought together single-family and multifamily lenders, regulators, servicers, consumer finance experts, data scientists, and representatives from big and small tech to explore ways to advance the responsible use of generative AI within the housing finance sector for its second TechSprint. This video captures their experience and perspectives while collaborating over two and a half days on a common challenge: how could generative AI promote a transparent, fair, equitable, and inclusive housing finance system that fosters sustainable homeownership and rental opportunities?
