On April 25, 2022, FHFA and Ginnie Mae hosted a public listening session to give industry stakeholders and participants an opportunity to provide feedback on specific topics related to FHFA’s re-proposed minimum financial eligibility requirements for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac seller/servicers, as well as Ginnie Mae’s Eligibility Requirements for Single Family MBS Issuers.
