2022 Duty to Serve Listening Session: Affordable Housing Preservation
On July 11, 2022, FHFA hosted a series of three public listening sessions for specific topic areas under each of the Duty to Serve underserved markets. The first session (July 11, 2022) focused on the Affordable Housing Preservation market and the topics were Preserving the Affordability of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Properties and the Right of First Refusal and Qualified Contracts.
