I am a Freddie Mac Loan. My name is Annette Christiansen, I had been with Citi for 6years they then gave me to GreenTree who shortly after changed to Dietech. It has been nothing but oure hell. I have tried the Hope line. They just dropped the ball I called ditech the have ran 3 escrow analysis since January my note has gone from $444.96 to $586.94. I called FMac they gave me a # and they never sent me one piece on paper work. No one wants to help me. My children are gone. I want to stay in my home. It apraxed at $120,000.00 why can't i quifly for some of these programs. I worked had last year on my credit report. I can get at least 4 statements a month from ditech. They paid the wrong amount to my insurance co in December it has been nothing but pure hell since. My note has gone up to 584.00. I bring home $1,200 .00 a month I only owe 50,000.00 no one wNts to help me. Do. Can some one please help me. Don't send me back to ditech take me from ditech I just want to stay in my home. My insurance has gone off the chart. They get more than my principal and interest. Can some please help me
