    I'm thrilled to see an investment in community land trusts and hope you use this as a teaching opportunity to further spread adoption of this transformative approach to affordable housing. I'd also encourage human centered design thinking -- working with, not for, local communities -- in your efforts to increase and improve affordable housing.
