I commend your organization on manufactured housing implementation. The MHAdvantage program is the best illustration for alternative affordable housing choices over traditional site builders. The finance program benefits this structure type. However the local zoning and planning departments are Fannie Mae's biggest hurdle to overcome for this structure type success in developments locally. I have given proven examples of manufactured houses that meet the housing crisis and help low income public with energy efficient houses not typical in the marketplace.
