    I believe Fannie Mae should consider working with native community development financial institutions (CDFI), who are first responders when it comes to homeownership lending in Indian Country. Providing a secondary market for home loans within native CDFI's portfolios would greatly enhance native CDFIs ability to provide more homeownership capital in greatly underserved markets in Indian country.
