I think this is a wonderful initiative. So many of us are seniors living on fixed incomes, not to mention those with jobs that do not pay well however the worker is devoted to being a productive and contributing part of our work force. This would make life easier for some many good people who, due to age, income, etc are not able to buy through conventional mortgages. This part of our population is significant in size and needs to be cared for just as though they were young and/or wealthy.
