    Why does Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac exclude Black Realtors in their Sales Listing s program in
    Montgomery, Clark, Butler, Greene, Darke, Preble and Miami Counties surrounding Dayton, Ohio.
    It appears that Only White Realtors. i.e. Irongate, Coldwell Banker, and other White Realtors are allowed to participate. Please do not advise me to explore and fill out an application to your enterprises as we Have done that many times in the past and only received cook book type responses. I find it interesting and disgusting The federal Housing Agencies all have Black Administrators in charge of their programs and their Choice of Realtors are the Top Ten Largest White Firms thru-out the Nation. Obviously, you are aware of FHA being the prime movant of defacto segregration in 1934 by "redlining" coined from the Maps of black neighborhoods on the walls of Baltimore Md offices and used thru-out america. Lyndyn Johnson appointed the Kerner Commission to study this problem and I am sure Mel Watt is aware of the outcomes. Blacks are being treated more separate more unequal with each passing decade . One must feel that this is why Congress has continued appointed all Black Administrators as gate keepers to head these programs and maintain the status quo of Blacks in America. President Johnson Said that, "Segregated Housing was at the Root Cause of defacto segregation and inferior schools and neighborhood" and Locally your White Realtors appointed exclusively to Sale and Maintain ALL Properties allow properties in black neighborhoods to fester, be condemned and given away to White Owned NON-Profit Land Banks.
