Staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, and quick with responses. Tobi Goldberg is a saint - please give her a big raise.
One odd idea: I would have gotten more out of the two webinars I attended, should I have taken them AFTER beginning my application. So much that gets discussed and not absorbed until you've been working on the application for a bit. I did go back through the slides to look at them, but that's not the same as having the discussion/lecture part along with the slides.
