    Our small community bank has four locations in small towns in Minnesota and North Dakota. We rely on the ability to borrow funds from FHLB as at times it is difficult to quickly raise funds to meet our loan demand. This resource is essential for us to service our local farmers, businesses and consumer customers.
    We need this service to remain affordable and easy to access quickly. Without it our Bank and our customers would be forced to use other High Cost options.
    I respectfully request that the FHLB system remain as it currently is.
