    We are a small rural bank in a town of 1,400 residents and are the only local provider of credit to our community that provides in person service to local businesses, home owners and consumers. We provide deposit services as well, but the Federal Home Loan Bank is a critical source of liquidity for our institution and we urge the FHFA to ensure that all current members continue to have the same access to it as they do today.

    I would also encourage you to remain true to the mission that Congress has defined for the system. Any change in mission must be determined by Congress, not the FHFA or any other agency.
