shouldn't the proposed changes run thru Congress?
ever since the failure of Silicon Valley Bank we realized the importance of the FHLB for liquidity purposes, not that we haven't used the FHLB for medium and longer range borrowing before, to great effect as a member since first eligible in 1990 or 91. these proposals could hamper that. does the FHFB know what actually happens out in the hustings?
