FHFA: Federal Home Loan Bank liquidity is critically important to our institution. I strongly advise the FHFA to make certain that all current FHLB members continue to have the same access to it as they do today. Congress created the FHLBank System and its guiding mission. Any changes to that System's mission should be--no, MUST be--determined by Congress, not the FHFA. Please respect the process, respect established guidance, respect the law.
