Good afternoon, I work for Preferred Bank located in the rural setting of north central MIssouri. Approximately 40% of our loan portfolio is for first liens 1-4 residential mortgages. Having access to liquidity through FHLB Des Moines is critical for us. Many of our residential mortgage are non conventional due to size, style or acreage which does not allow the borrower to go to the secondary market. We know our customers and we know our area. FHLB is vital to Preferred Bank of Rothville, MO and our ability to have access to liquidity. Please do not change the structure as Congress has designed. Please ensure all current members continue to have the same access to liquidity as they have today. Thank you
