    Congress created the FHLB System and its mission, and any changes to the System’s mission should be determined by Congress, not the FHFA.
    Federal Home Loan Bank liquidity is absolutely critical to our business model. I cannot stress enough, as the CFO of our depository institution, how important the current FHLB model is. It is a part of our daily Asset Liability Management monitoring, Liquidity Stress Testing, and daily operations.
    We urge the FHFA to ensure that all current members continue to have the same access to it tomorrow as they do today, unfettered; without any additional restrictions, regulations, or tiering.
    Leave the changes to Congress.
