    NO. My comment is NO to this proposal.

    This proposal is financialization of paper wealth to benefit certain asset owners for political gain. It is unfair, shady, and morally wrong. I would call it voter fraud. And a future burden on the over burden taxpayer. It is government backstopping, vote buying, inflationary, and another intrusion into the mainstreet economy. It has no value for adding production to the market.
    It is a gimmick like student loans cancelation or stimulus checks. And you all know full well it is quick fix for the monetary junkie. Shame on the Biden administration for manipulating the our agencies for political gain. It comes off cynical and disparate.
