    Proposed policies like this are starting to make me wonder whether the government is actively engaged in a war on young people. Asset prices and especially home prices are at ludicrous price levels and this proposal will only make that worse. Homeowners have been outrageously rewarded by government policies for the last several years and do not need access to additional subsidized capital. I would like to be able to afford a home at some point before I die and policies like this are another step backward.
