The rent is so high, even for mid range property owners. Our small apartment owner has zero customer service skills so no one feels comfortable talking to him. He raised the rent even during Covid! Even evicting several units due to housing multiple families! He just about evicted our family as we could not work or pay rent. Even though we paid back owned rent He never would have told us he received the government grant paying our back owed rent! What a guy.
As of now, the recession has made work even more difficult add to that our almost $3,000 rent! We can't afford a house and are stuck with this greed, it's never ending....
