    -HUD Rules and Regulations and Housing Authority Policy checks symposium style including Tenant Feedback managed by
    HUD NOT Housing Authorities or Multifamily Owner Management agents
    -Terminations, Evictions, Hearings should be conducted by its peers and HUD NOT the Landlord for accuracy and eliminate human errors that create homelessness all because a Landlord refuse to make correction for fear of lawsuit or complaint being filed, retaliation or other reasons

    -Funding support for Advocates and Organizers as incentives same as Landlords and same Rights and Protections for all HUD Housing Renters and Renters in general.
