We have one of the landlords. He does not put with any riffraff. Air filters are changed regularly. When my air conditioning went out, the maintenance man came the same day. He has someone come and vacuum the stairs weekly. He really cares about the people that live in his buildings. He’s a Christian man and he goes to the church of the way.
