    Housing costs are the biggest driven of: A) INFLATION B) HOMELESSNESS C) INEQUITY. My rent increased 14.68 % last year and WILL increase10%l each of the next 2 years. I currently pay 48% of my income for rent. In 2019 my HOMELESSNESS was OREVENTED, when facing a medical emergency. I would not have found housing. I shudder.
