Good cause eviction — please prohibit evictions without good cause
Ban on source of income discrimination
Freedom from discrimination, vigorous enforcement of existing rules and laws
Safe, quality, accessible housing standards, especially considering disabilities
Landlord registry
Tenant right to organize
Fair leases
