    I believe that there should be rent raising limits on FannieMae backed properties. The people of Shelbyville Tennessee do not make much money and yet we are being asked to pay big city rents. The rent is too high.

    Secondly, I believe that landlords backed by government funds should be required to maintain their properties. People don't want to live in a building that the landlord doesn't value. My rent should go towards making necessary repairs.

    Third and finally, I believe that these landlords should not be allowed to retaliate against their tenants for speaking up. You should be able to speak your mind without fear of losing your home.
