    I believe that FannieMae backed landlords should have limits on raising annual rent. People should not have to struggle to pay their rent. I also believe that if we are paying such high rent prices, we should expect reliable maintenance. Our homes should be in good, livable condition. Finally, I don't believe that landlords backed by FannieMae loans should be allowed to retaliate against tenants who speak up on property conditions.
