Fannie Mae Backed landlords. should have limits to raising your rent. Rent is so high can hardly afford to move in.
Additionally, if the Government is giving them money, they need to do repairs on their apartments. Finally, landlords should not be allowed to retaliate against their tenants for speaking up about issues!
