    It would be helpful for rent caps, before buying my home, I was not sure how I would be able to afford rent. Now that I am a home owner, I am still worried on how I will be able to keep up with my mortgage because I am a single mom. What we need is rent caps at 3% and not having to pay more than 30% of a person's check to pay rent. Moreover I want to be able to keep my home for my children and how that would look like is having affordable mortgages.
