I live in North Charleston, SC which has one of the highest if not the highest eviction rate in the US. Our grandson has several friends who live in area dtrailer parks which are unsafe and substandard dwellings. Tenants who complain or withhold rent due to nonworking plumbing unsafe electrical outlets etc can be evicted with no recourse. Tenants deserve to have competent legal representation when facing eviction which is often economically devastating to the families involved.
