    The rent is TOO DAMN HIGH

    I had Sect 8 for awhile but my landlord made sure to punish us when my daughter started working at 15. Her "income" as a teenager increased our household income and the landlord made sure we paid for it. Once that happened, the rent got too high and I couldn't afford to pay all of it as a single parent. My teenager shouldn't pay rent, she's a child but I couldn't afford it anymore so we had to leave or face eviction. We need rent regulations and good cause evictions so we can afford to have a roof over our heads.
