My landlord just went up on my rent again! I have mobility issues and live on a fixed income but he doesn't care. I can't afford to be priced out. If it wasn't for my children I could not stay independently in my apartment. I have been there since 2020. The starting rent was $1250 plus $50 for parking. Now I pay $1500 plus $150 for parking.
The rent is too high!
