"Hello, my name is Jodee Renick, I live in a Senior apartment that houses 60 elderly. A renovation was forced that removed high standard appliances and the remodel has torn out carpet, replaced with vinyl door that has ( in one month) peeled and buckled. This is a tripping and slipping hazard. Cheep blinds have been installed that require extremely strong arms and shoulders just to raise and close. Some residents are in their 90s, I consider myself strong and it’s difficult to raise. The sink and faucet is such inferior quality plastic and on man has had enormous problems trying to get his repaired. The stoves used to be safe for seniors but now the quality one some units has been non-working and the management told the tenant to call the manufacturer to get it fixed. The owner now decided that there doesn’t need to be an on site office, they fired our maintenance man, and they tore out our lovely garden area and replaced it with gravel and horse troughs. On top of that the rent in my unit has been raised from $875 to $1298!!! WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS!

These are only a few of the horrific grievances committed by the company Tamarack management, alongside Northwest Real Estate Capital Group. I have no idea who the owners are. In the least few months, the woman who are our managers have brought fear to me and my neighbors, so much so, that many are afraid to report issues because they are afraid of being yelled at or evicted. Tamarack has allowed these women to change the DBA name to Bozeman Leasing.
Please, help us ensure that we are being provided safe, dignified, affordable housing.
