    Tenant need protected in various ways. The consumer need more legal protection and lawyers who will work on their behalf as we see many consumer who do not qualify for representation from current legal advocates. Some don't qualify because the income may be slightly over and other don't qualify because it a case that the legal aid groups don't cover. We also need protection from source of income as may landlords and property management companies denied consumer with vouchers. The landlords also need to be more accountable as many consumers are living in substandard housing and cities are not doing enough to protect consumer from being taken advantage of.
