STOP FEDERAL RENT CONTROL! We are a mom & pop property owner and are facing more & more restrictions on what we can and cannot do with our OWN property. How will we be able to pay for repairs, upgrades & renovations if we can't increase the rent??? We already keep our rents below market & don't gouge the tenants. Enough already with all the regulations. Rent control just makes housing less plentiful & more expensive.
