By evicting tenants and keeping spaces vacant, landlords artificially inflate the demand and price for housing, making it harder for people to have residence, and increasing the financial burden on current tenants. Protect tenants! we have plenty of housing for those who need it, but those in need aren't able to get it due to unjust hikes and discriminatory landlords.
