"I am 64 now and lost an affordable 1 Bedroom 1 bath above a garage apartment when landlords decided to sell 2 years ago. I am a caregiver for folks living in Bozeman. With this wealth, greed,
and exploding population necessary people such as myself cannot afford 2,000/month for a small, iffy roof over my head. I hear the same distress from other caregivers, hospital and restaurant workers, hotel/motel staff, gas station attendants, teachers, the list goes on and on. These are the worker bees that keep communities stable, healthy and connected. Tenants need protection"
