My rent has increased exponentially since moving in. Its an old apartment that is kind of falling apart and we have a black mold issue. Yet they dont care and continue to increase rent without addressing safety concerns. We have been backed into a corner and our health has been suffering but we aren’t able to do anything for fear of eviction and we are unable to afford anything more. We need this issue to be fixed. Additionally, allowing hard working people to be forced to live in their campers on the streets is inhumane and truly despicable.
