I am an investor in real estate projects and am also a retired property manager. I am writing to express my concern of additional regulations regarding multifamily housing. The current regulations are proving to be very restrictive as tenants are intentionally taking advantage of the loopholes that exist today. We have observed tenants who don't pay rent but a sporting a new tattoo. Please no more regulations.
