The rent is too high for what we get. When my son moved in with me, my landlord raised my rent $100 and there was nothing I could do about it. He had also raised it $50 before that with no warning. I was the only one at the time bringing in money and I had to borrow money for groceries and medicine. The landlord was mad when I moved because we left some things behind, but I had just had 3 heart-attacks.
