Every year the rent goes up even though there's not a raise in pay or anything. Out here my lighting is so bad in the back, and people's cars are being broke into. If we put in a work order, it takes them weeks and weeks to get to it. I've been here 10 months and it went already. I have to pay $10 every time to pay rent. My rent went up and I have to borrow money from my children just to pay
