Rent is ridiculous. You gotta pay for a 4-bedroom house. If you aren't on HUD you cannot the rent. A lot of people is struggling to pay their rent that have families and work minimum wage, or just a little over, and you have to pay rent and buy groceries. Sometimes I have to choose between a bill and groceries to pay the rent. If you pay your rent, that don't leave you that much. Sometimes when the bills come along, I've had to get help with utilities because I had to get groceries or prescriptions. A lot of these landlords you call them and it takes forever
