Slight increases in rent, whether slight or major can have a huge impact on people who are on a fixed income. So much so whether someone can buy groceries that month. $50-$100 doesn't seem like a lot but It could mean paying for groceries or a water bill.
I'm concerned about retaliation for just making these comments.
