Im a tenant living in a rental property with a federally backed mortgage. The price of rent is making it harder to take care of a family. Especially when you have to pay $900-$1000 for two beds. I work 40-50 hours a week just to make ends meet. We need maintenance and when we put in work orders they are slow. I made an anonymous comment because I was worried about my landlord retaliating if I was public.
