I am the current President of the Detroit Metropolitan Housing Association representing 100,000+ units and Vice President of the Property Management Association of Michigan representing 220,000 units, a member of the National Association of Housing Cooperatives Board of Directors and a member of IREM. I am also on the legislative committees for DMAA and PMAM, and all associations support the same viewpoint as IREM in the letter I have attached for your review.
