Housing is unaffordable. Every year my rent goes up and wages stay stagnant. Despite wear and tear on my apartment, with no repairs or upkeep, landlords are allowed to increase prices. This must be brought under control. Everyone should be able to afford a home. People like me, who work full time jobs, should not have to worry they will be priced out of a tiny one bedroom apartment. We need to be able to live without fear of eviction or being priced out.
