    Hello,
    I am demanding that tenants affordable housing is guaranteed and protected by making sure laws continue to be stated and followed very clearly that Rent remains stabilized in rent stabilized apartments.
    Along with that rents should not be hiked up in Market rate apartments either.
    Let’s make NYC a beautiful productive thriving city for all of us!
