    You are are loaning money to developers and big companies to create public housing. Those who live I. The public housing need help. When I was young we lived there then we couldn’t. So my family had to do stuff most people won’t because we couldn’t live in public housing. Who wants to anyway it isn’t taken care of, the habitability is awful. No crazy rent hikes, as long as you don’t cause trouble you can live in public housing, it’s tax payer money it should be the best kind of housing.
