Ensuring rent control is an important step towards tenant protection and crucial in ensuring suitable housing for everyone; Something I believe should be a cardinal requirement. This is something that shouldn’t have to be tenant-lead but I am ready to go to bat to ensure a system is in place such that ones that cannot afford help can get it.
